This website is operated by BLK Sapote LLC. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you are engaging in our service and you agree to the terms and conditions set forth by us. These terms and conditions apply to any and ALL users of this site. Please read through carefully before exploring the website or making any purchases. We reserve the right to update or make changes to our site, add and omit from our available products and services, and to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time, and your use and access to our website decrees acceptance of those changes.

Products purchased from us are not to be reproduced or resold, and our product, company name and/or logo are not to be copied or exploited for any purpose that has not been agreed to by us formally and in writing. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you in the use of service, violate any laws in your state and local jurisdiction. 

Online Store Terms

BLK Sapote is an e-commerce store to purchase herbal tea, complementary products, and apparel. To cancel orders placed online, you must email us at hightea@blksapote.com and include your purchase reference number. All orders may be canceled prior to shipping confirmation. If there are any issues with your order, please notify us by email at hightea@blksapote.com upon receipt. We offer refunds less the expense for shipping on a case by case basis, for any unused and unopened order. Refunds will be issued once we receive any unopened and unused portions of your purchase. We make no guarantees about any of our products. Any purchases from BLK Sapote LLC are at your own risk and with the understanding that satisfaction is not promised.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and services, and pricing may change at any time. Any “special offers” or discounts may not be transferred and will only be honored as specifically stated in the specific offer. Occasionally, we may offer “seasonal”, promotional and/or “specialty” products and services. All purchase conditions will be specifically stated within those particular offers and will be limited to the promotional time frame.

You will be signed up to the BLK Sapote email list and/or newsletter with any purchase from blksapote.com, Immersion Experiences, and/or vendor events. All members of our email list and/or newsletter will have the opportunity to opt-out of email correspondence at any time.

Payments

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account information for any and all purchases made from our online store. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders based on inventory and business needs, and will communicate when necessary via the email provided on your purchase order. Payment and/or refund will be adjusted accordingly. 

If you choose to enroll in automatic shipping or any other timed subscription we may offer, you acknowledge and agree to an automatic recurring charge to your pay account on the designated date(s) bi-weekly or monthly, until we receive a formal request to end this service. You can cancel auto shipping at any time prior to payment being initiated. Please note that most deductions from your pay account will default to a business day posting, but we will initiate your recurring charge for the date(s) you enrolled.

Shipping

BLK Sapote can ship orders to most locations within the United States with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska. Our U.S. shipping and handling options include Standard Shipping only. We do not offer expedited delivery. To ensure the prompt delivery of your order, we process orders 2-4 BUSINESS days upon receipt. Business day refers to Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are currently not available. Orders shipped, should arrive within 3-7 business days. We understand the expectation of timeliness, but BLK Sapote cannot be responsible for third party shipping delays. We will always do our best to utilize the most efficient methods of shipping. COVID 19 continues to present challenges for us all, however, we will be earnest and prompt in communicating via email any delays we may have in processing your orders. You will be provided shipping confirmation and tracking to monitor your delivery.
